Husband and Wife Team Return to Help-U-Sell in New State
Publish Date: 9/28/2018

Plantation, FL (September 28, 2018) – Brian Meyerowitz and his wife Aimee are the best of kind of Help-U-Sell Broker/Owners: the returning kind, warmly referred to as “alumni” by fellow Brokers and staff alike. Brian and Aimee spent a number of years in Chicago where they first owned a Help-U-Sell office. They later opted to move to Florida and expanded their real estate offerings by getting involved with property management.

Brian spent time in a traditional real estate format, but recently felt the call to own his own shop again and wanted to run things a certain way. “We did very well in Chicago in the early 2000s. We closed 50 sides in our first year, and grew steadily through the ensuing years. It worked well for us. Our sphere of influence was wide spread due to our marketing efforts and our brand recognition. I have always liked the concept of providing deeper service, a set fee, and the Help-U-Sell branding message. I am thrilled to return as Help-U-Sell Broward Realty,” Brian said.

“We are always excited when a former Broker/Owner returns to the Help-U-Sell Real Estate family,” says Robert Stevens, Chief Operating Officer at Help-U-Sell headquarters in Sarasota, FL. “They are already familiar with the brand and our business model. We love showing the advancements we’ve made that streamline daily marketing activities. We’re also excited that our presence in Florida continues to grow and has been has been steadily doing so since last year. We are looking forward to their success.”

Brian went on to share, “Prior to being in real estate, I earned my MBA and spent years in financial services. Aimee has been in sales for the past 10 years. But we love the idea of having a business to pursue together.” Brian and Aimee also give back to the local community. On most weekends, their three children accompany them to Craig's Pantry to help stock and deliver food throughout Broward County. Craig's Pantry is a kosher facility that helps local Jewish households by stocking and delivering food to those in need. Many "customers" are Holocaust survivors. Brian also participates on the Miami Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and volunteers as a mediator in an effort to better the real estate community.
